NRMT+ makes every effort to collect as little personal information from you as possible, and will only do so when granted specific permission by you.

MOBILE APP
NRMT+ will ask you for your email address. A valid email address is required to sign up for an account and access the application’s features.

NRMT+ may also request access or permission to your mobile device’s Camera and Photo Gallery. The purpose of this access is to allow you to upload an image to use as your profile Avatar - however this is not required to use the app.

If you wish to change access or permissions you may do so in your mobile device settings at any time.

WEBSITE
When you visit the NRMT+ website our servers may automatically capture the standard data provided by web browsers which may include your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, which pages you visit, the date, time, and duration of your visit, and other details.

We may also collect data about the device used to visit our website, including device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and geo-location data. What we can collect will be limited by the individual settings of your device and software and we recommend you check the functionality and policies of your device or software to learn more about how to protect and manage your information. MOBILE APP
Your personal information will be used to enable you to log in, access and use our mobile application; and to enable you to customize or personalize your use of our mobile application.

EMAIL MARKETING
While NRMT+ will not provide or sell your contact information to any third party, we may use your personal contact information to send you email or other communication regarding our products or services, information regarding important announcements, or other services which may be of interest to you.

UNSUBSCRIBE
You can unsubscribe from any of our emails or marketing communications using the Unsubscribe link provided or by contacting us at the email address below.

III. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

NRMT+ will not share your personal information with any other parties without your consent, except when required to do so in order to comply with laws and protect your rights, or when it is reasonably necessary to fulfill legitimate business interests.

More specifically, legitimate business interests would include sharing your email address with vendors, service providers, or agents who perform services on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. NRMT+ has implemented commercially appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to safeguard the security of your personal information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

However, as we all know, no security measure is 100% secure. While NRMT+ will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our mobile application is done at your own risk, and you should only access our services within a secure environment.

PHISHING SCAMS
Please note that identity theft continues to be a problem world wide, and it has become common for unauthorized individuals to send emails to consumers pretending to represent legitimate companies such as banks or online merchants – otherwise known as “phishing”. NRMT+ will never send any communication requesting personal information such as date of birth, credit card numbers, account numbers, or any passwords or personally identifiable information. VII. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM MINORS

NRMT+ does not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of 18. By using our Services or mobile applications, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or that you are the parent of guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services or mobile applications.

USERS IN THE EU

DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT
To request to terminate your account simply log into the mobile application and request to Delete your account. Upon your request NRMT+ will deactivate your account and remove your information from our servers.
